Simple Ways To Make Nutritious Milk Shake


Most kids like milkshakes. Not only kids, but also those who are no longer kids, and even those who already got kids! This is true during summer when most of the people need some refreshments.

The Equipment Needed

FIRST VARIETY: Milkshake with Banana
Here’s how to make it:
  • Get a few cups of milk. Skim milk is preferable but you can also use whole milk if you like.
  • Put one banana on it
  • Add a scoop of protein powder
  • Pour 2 drops of vanilla and ice cream. Low-fat ice cream is recommended.
  • Blend them.

SECOND VARIETY: Milkshake with Strawberries with Egg

Here’s how you do it:

  • Take some skim milk and put it in the blender
  • Add a handful of bananas and strawberries
  • Add protein powder on it
  • Accordingly add four to five eggs whites on it
  • Put in some ice cream but not that much
  • Blend them and enjoy

THIRD VARIETY: Milkshake with Apple and Blueberries

Here’s how:

  • Get one to two apples
  • Prior to placing them inside the blender, dice them up
  • Don’t chop them into much. Let the blender do it
  • Put it some cup of blueberries. You can add some carrots, too.
  • Add some skim milk
  • Place some ice cubes or ice cream and blend.
You just learned the three varieties of a delicious and nutritious milkshakes. Yet you also need to bear in mind that milkshakes should not replace your meals. It will make your stomach upset. Fresh fruits are recommended to make it more healthful. But be careful with stimulants.
