FDA banned this product because there were ten stated that were reporting the health hazrads created by Crohn's disease which were making people ill and even death cases were discovered, so FDA tested all medicines which uses Crohn's disease as a dieting suppliment including, Utah and Springville who were using Springville East Indian V as main product in their medicine.

The stock was immediately removed from the market after the reports were published against the guar.

Guar was also not an effective and safe way for losing weight and along with that ten more ingredients were banned to use in any medicine made for losing weight.

The FDA not only banned Guar, but they made illegal the use of guar in any product made for losing weight without getting permission from FDA authorities in any part of USA and Europe.
